How to guarantee the safety of E-commerce
For consumers,they concern about the safety of payment and the reliability of sellers(internet retailers).First,the platform like website and related charge system should enhance the secrecy and safety of credit cards of consumers.Only the portals provide a reliable payment environment can the customers purchase goods online reassuringly .Secondly,there is another question:it is that consumers pay first then get goods or retailers deliver goods to consumers’ place then charge.I think that sellers should care about consumers more than themselves.And a famous online shopping portal------Amazon,set a good example for us:consumers buy things on Amazon is just to reserve what they need,then Amazon will deliver the goods to their home for free,after consumers check over,then pay for the goods.So there is no risk for consumers.
Just because some of the public cannot trust the E-commerce completely. So we should make a good social condition. The Government should make commonweal advertisement to increase public’s trust of e-commerce. And then the government should also organize a department to research and manage the e-commerce suppliers.
And for the police, they also need some internet experts to deal with the internet criminal.Because of the number of credit card users, the increase of the e-commerce users still very slow. So the bank should debase the standard of opening a credit account to accelerate the increase of e-commerce consumption. And just like the taobao.com and some other e-commerce company. The bank should cooperate with the company to supply a better payment method to insure the safety.

Just because some of the public cannot trust the E-commerce completely. So we should make a good social condition. In the morden soicety, is an information soicety. So the internet is to be a very improtant flat roof.We use the internet to have meeting,we use the internet to talke with each orther.
So today more and more busniessmen use the e-commerce,and CHINA also use it,but because china is a developing country . So at some part of the internet is not as well as other develop country . So in CHINA often have the internet busniess low case.
In CHINA more and more people think in CHINA the inernet business is not safe.But at lately years IT in CHINA is developing very fast,and they also develop many software to recovery the virus.
In think if we want have a safty internet environment,we must do something at least:
1. in the e-commerce we must offer our reality information.
2. We must use the internet with de password that only you know the password
3. We must use the specialism software to recovery the virus
Upwards is what must we do.
Hereinafter that is what are the world must to do:

Accounts on internet can be theft easily. You Netgame account.You bank accounts. In china There are mone hackers than other countries. They can theif others accouts through not more than 3 steps.So many people can not trust internet,obviausly. E-cormerce cant’t be accepted by them.
2 Set uo the rules of internet.
There are so many shops on the internet, but there are noneles protected the buyer’s power especialy b2c;consumers can not make sure if the goods which firm online sell is ture and good, cheating still exist widely on the internet in china, to over come the problem, detail rules mist be set up to protect the consumers.
3 Spread the internet credit rules, connect it with the bank credit card.
www.taobao.com has been the largest c2c website in china.Why? The reason is his credit yules. After one trading. Both seller and buyer will get a comment by each other good or bad, and one’s credit on internet can be seen one the website by everyone, the seller who have more “good comment” can get more trust.
On www.taobao.com. The money transferred through www.alipay.com. It’s connect with real bank card in china. You want to bus or seu on internet. You must register in the bank and use your real name. so taobao get more trusted. But in china many c2c don’t have the same methods as “Taobao”. Solve method
So for, China has world-Class internet, so more and more active going on by internet, such as e-cash, e-bank, e-business, and e-shop, most of the above are reliable. But e-shop has problems and not solve yet.
For example, you use your laptop or desktop to research the goods which you like, and then you would like pay for, but if you pay and then the problems as coming. Maybe the servers sent out the goods so late, on the other hand, they sent counterfeit goods for you. What was bad, they don’t pay any attention for you. In a word, the e-shop is not quite reliable.
So, if we want to use e-shop without cheating. We have to set up an honest society. The agency first, and the servers sent the goods to the agency, and then, the agency check out the goods. The goods without any problem, the money and goods can get exchange for consumers and servers with each other. I think this is good choice in the non-honest society at this moment.
Secondly, the e-shop must be has steps. Just like waiting for goods and check it out, and then pay for. Although we are have safe steps, but someone like me. Not feel like checking out. I will pay for the money, I’m afraid troublesome.
Thirdly, we think e-cash methods are a safe way to pay for money. So far, online shopping is popular gradually. More and more person like this simple way to shopping. We can solve a difficulty for the reliable online payment. So the problem of counterfeit goods will be solved in the future. Salesman take are little cheat the reason is money. So, of we want to solve this problem, we must till salesman they can make more money on the internet but prerequisite is can’t sale counterfeit goods.
Last, if have anybody see someone who sale counterfeit goods. The salesman will lose power of sale thing online, so everyone know regulate, the counterfeit goods will be disappear. Every customer can choose store of online. Of course, they cannot choose counterfeit goods.
So every problem will be solved. Online shopping will be more and more prosperous.

I don't agree that blogs websites bring more harm than good !
everyone can see that Internet has changed our life in many ways. you communicate with your friends ,your get the latest mews from some websites . When you are far away from your friends or families, letters are too slowly and telephone is too expensive. But you can communicate with them by Internet. You can send E-mails or chat online with them; it’s cheap and very quickly. Information is another important need of modern people and modern society. Before the invention of Internet, we got information from newspapers, magazines, books and TV or radios. However, these presses can supply only some information, and sometimes they are too later than what has happened. Internet changes this. Every one who has a computer connect to the Internet can get information of the whole world for free. So we called our time and society information society, I think all of these great change should be owed to Internet.
although it brings us many problems. Too much useless information was confused among useful information. We had to meet much spam or spend lots of time to choose information. but the untruth just only exist in websites?? you can get all news which are truth without websites?reason list :
1 . blogs websites bring us more good than harm . we get lots of information through them.
2. untrunth things do not born on blogs websites .it come from humans . we can't say blogs websites bring us harm .
3 . internet should provide us freedom .if we can't use it because someone spread untruths
then we shuold do nothing!
